Posisi Visual Merchandiser bertanggung jawab untuk menciptakan tampilan ritel yang menarik guna menonjolkan produk dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan di Bandung. Peran ini menggabungkan kreativitas estetika dengan pemahaman mendalam mengenai perilaku konsumen. Anda akan bertugas merancang dan mengimplementasikan display produk yang atraktif, memastikan setiap elemen visual mampu menarik perhatian pelanggan, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas tampilan tersebut. Pekerjaan ini memerlukan kemampuan desain yang mumpuni, ketelitian terhadap detail, serta kemampuan kolaborasi yang baik dalam tim untuk mencapai standar visual perusahaan.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Architecture, or related fields; Experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail (portfolio required); Creative, detail-oriented, and have a good sense of aesthetics; Able to create attractive displays that highlight products and catch customers' attention; Understand customer behavior and able to evaluate display effectiveness; Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; Familiar with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite; Willing to travel for store visits and display projects; Placement: Bandung, Jawa Barat.
