Sebagai VIP Host / Bottle Girl di PT. Svaha Jagad Bali, Anda akan menjadi wajah dari layanan premium klub malam kami. Peran ini berfokus pada memberikan pengalaman hospitality yang luar biasa bagi tamu VIP, memastikan setiap kebutuhan mereka terpenuhi dengan sentuhan personal, profesionalisme, dan keramahan yang tinggi. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengelola reservasi meja VIP, menyambut tamu saat kedatangan, serta menyajikan minuman dengan presentasi yang menarik. Selain itu, Anda harus memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang menu minuman kami, membangun hubungan baik dengan tamu reguler, dan memastikan area VIP tetap terjaga kebersihannya serta suasananya tetap eksklusif dan menyenangkan.
Tanggung jawab: Greeting and welcoming VIP guests with warmth, charm and professionalism upon arrival; Providing personalised service to VIP tables, including bottle presentations and cocktail recommendations; Managing VIP table reservations, ensuring seating arrangements and service flow are seamless; Presenting premium beverages and bottle packages in an engaging and professional manner; Taking drink orders and communicating preferences to bartending and service teams; Maintaining impeccable knowledge of our beverage menu, including spirits, wines, beers and signature cocktails; Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere whilst maintaining professionalism and discretion; Liaising between VIP guests and management to ensure all special requests are fulfilled; Managing the VIP area to ensure it remains clean, organised and conducive to an upscale experience; Processing payments and managing bottle service transactions accurately; Building rapport with regular guests and encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.
