Posisi Villa Supervisor Sanur bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi operasional vila sehari-hari, mengoordinasikan staf, memastikan kepuasan tamu tetap terjaga, serta melaporkan setiap kendala operasional kepada pihak manajemen. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam mengelola kebersihan, kenyamanan, dan pelayanan prima bagi para tamu yang menginap di vila.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee the daily operations of the villa to ensure everything runs smoothly; Supervise and coordinate the Housekeeping, Pool & Gardener, and other villa staff; Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures; Ensure the villa is clean, tidy, and ready before guests arrive; Respond to guest requests and ensure they are handled properly and promptly; Regularly inspect the villa, facilities, and amenities; Coordinate with Housekeeping, Gardener, Maintenance, and other teams when issues arise; Handle and report guest complaints or operational issues to the management; Ensure all staff follow company SOPs and service standards; Monitor villa inventory and amenities and report any shortages; Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to the Junior Manager/Management; Help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of guests during their stay; Act as the main point of contact between guests, villa staff, and management.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in villa or hospitality operations; Good knowledge of villa/hotel operations and guest services; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Able to lead, supervise, and coordinate a team; Able to handle guest requests and complaints professionally; Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently; Good problem-solving and decision-making skills; Good attention to detail and service-oriented attitude; Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks; Good English communication skills; Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays; Having experience with villa management systems or hospitality software is an advantage.
