As a Villa Manager manage day-to-day Villa & Restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Tanggung jawab: Manage day-to-day villa & Restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning; Coordinate and supervise maintenance, housekeeping , kitchen and guest services teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest experiences are exceptional; Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction; Liaise with local authorities, suppliers and partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations; Support the training and development of the area's hospitality teams.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Villa Manager, Resort Manager, FnB Manager or Hotel Manager; Proven experience managing a boutique resort, eco-resort, or similar hospitality property; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Strong knowledge of FnB, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security operations; Willing to be based in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta; Accomodation provided.
