Medical Services & Ancillary Manager

About the role RS Sedayu General Hospital is seeking an experienced Medical Services & Ancillary Manager to join our management team. This is a full-time position based in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. As Medical Services & Ancillary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and optimisation of medical services and ancillary departments within our hospital. This role is strategically important to ensuring seamless integration between clinical operations and support services, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of medical services and ancillary departments, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and healthcare regulations Manage budgets and resources for medical services and ancillary departments, optimising cost-effectiveness whilst maintaining service quality

Coordinate communication and collaboration between medical, nursing and ancillary staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care delivery Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and standards to improve departmental performance and patient safety Monitor departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management

Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management of ancillary and support staff Ensure proper maintenance and management of medical equipment and ancillary resources Respond to operational issues and implement corrective actions to maintain continuity of services

Liaise with department heads and clinical staff to understand service requirements and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain records and documentation related to operational activities, incidents and compliance matters What we're looking
