Villa Engineer bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan teknis bangunan dan sistem MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) di properti perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup diagnosis masalah teknis, perbaikan kebocoran, serta pelaksanaan pemeliharaan preventif untuk memastikan operasional villa berjalan lancar dan aman. Selain tugas teknis, posisi ini melibatkan koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak seperti Villa Manager, kontraktor, dan vendor untuk memastikan pekerjaan perbaikan sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan standar kualitas. Engineer juga bertugas menyusun laporan inspeksi rutin serta siap merespons situasi darurat di luar jam kerja normal.
Tanggung jawab: Diagnose the causes of water stains, wall discoloration, dampness, seepage, or leaks and recommend effective corrective solutions; Investigate and resolve hidden water leaks using systematic inspection and troubleshooting methods; Perform preventive maintenance on building structures and MEP systems; Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with technical specifications, company standards, and workplace safety regulations; Coordinate with the Villa Manager, Operations Manager, contractors, vendors, and other relevant departments; Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure all work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines; Prepare regular inspection, maintenance, and repair reports.
Kualifikasi: Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang prinsip Teknik Sipil serta sistem MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing); Memahami tata letak pipa, rute perpipaan, metode instalasi, dan mampu melakukan troubleshooting masalah terkait pipa; Willing to work flexible hours based on operational requirements; Available to respond to emergency maintenance situations outside regular working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays; Willing to travel between company properties and work on-site as required.
