Posisi ini bertanggung jawab memimpin dan mengelola tim editing video dan foto di ZAP Group. Peran ini mencakup pengembangan standar penyuntingan visual dan arahan kreatif untuk memastikan seluruh konten selaras dengan identitas merek dan tujuan kampanye perusahaan. Anda akan mengawasi proses editing konten untuk media sosial, kampanye digital, branding, dan aktivitas pemasaran. Selain itu, posisi ini menuntut kolaborasi erat dengan tim kreatif, pemasaran, dan media sosial untuk menerjemahkan konsep menjadi konten visual yang menarik, serta memberikan umpan balik kreatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas output visual secara berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage the Video & Photo Editing team, including workflow, quality, and project timelines; Develop and maintain ZAP Group's visual editing standards and creative direction; Oversee the editing of video and photo content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing activities; Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, Social Media, and other teams to translate concepts into compelling visual content; Ensure all visual content is aligned with ZAP Group's brand identity and campaign objectives; Review and provide creative feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual outputs; Manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables according to business needs; Keep up with current trends in video editing, photography, social media content, motion graphics, and digital visual storytelling.
