PT. Alpha Citra Siber Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang keamanan siber. Posisi Vice President of Business ini berperan strategis dalam mendukung direktur dan tim manajemen untuk mengembangkan serta mengeksekusi strategi bisnis dan produk yang selaras dengan tujuan perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup identifikasi peluang pasar, kebutuhan pelanggan, pemosisian kompetitif, serta aliran pendapatan potensial. VP Business akan berkolaborasi dengan tim teknis, produk, dan keamanan siber untuk memastikan solusi yang ditawarkan relevan dengan permintaan pasar, serta memantau tren industri dan aktivitas kompetitor untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis.
Tanggung jawab: Support the director / management team in developing and executing business and product strategies; Assist in identifying market opportunities, customer needs, competitive positioning, and potential revenue streams; Provide insights and recommendations on cybersecurity products, services, pricing, and go-to-market strategies; Collaborate with technical, product, and cybersecurity teams; Support strategic partnerships/principals, key client engagements, and business development initiatives; Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity technologies; Prepare business analyses, market intelligence, forecasts, and performance reports.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or information technology or a related field; Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business strategy, product management, business development, or a related role; Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, market trends, enterprise sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies; Proven ability to translate market insights into business and product recommendations; Excellent analytical thinking, communication, public speaking, leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
