Vessel Support Engineer (VSE) berperan penting dalam mendukung tim operasional untuk mengelola operasional kapal. Posisi ini memastikan bahwa seluruh proses teknis dan operasional di atas kapal diimplementasikan secara efektif. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pemantauan pemeliharaan kapal, pengelolaan sistem PMS (Planned Maintenance System), serta koordinasi teknis dengan kru kapal dan departemen internal lainnya untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional maritim perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Support the Operations team in managing vessel operations; Ensuring all technical and operational processes are implemented effectively.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field; Minimum 2–3 years experience in vessel operations, technical support, or marine engineering; Familiar with vessel maintenance, PMS systems, and marine operational processes; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills; Good communication skills and able to work with vessel crew and internal departments.
