Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan inspeksi kapal dan audit internal guna memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar perusahaan serta regulasi maritim yang berlaku. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam menjaga standar keselamatan dan operasional armada. Sebagai Vessel Auditor, Anda akan memantau implementasi prosedur keselamatan, keamanan, lingkungan, dan operasional di atas kapal. Anda juga akan meninjau dokumen kapal, sertifikat, catatan operasional, serta menyiapkan laporan audit dan tindak lanjut tindakan korektif. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan analitis yang kuat dan kesediaan untuk melakukan kunjungan ke kapal.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct vessel inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, SMS, and applicable maritime regulations; Monitor the implementation of safety, security, environmental, and operational procedures onboard vessels; Review vessel documents, certificates, records, and operational activities to identify potential non-conformities; Prepare audit reports and document findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement; Follow up on corrective actions and monitor the closure of audit findings; Support vessel readiness for external inspections, audits, and certification requirements; Coordinate with vessel crews and relevant departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the maritime/shipping industry, preferably in vessel operations, inspection, safety, or auditing; Good understanding of ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC 2006, and applicable maritime regulations; Experience or certification in ISM/ISPS Internal Auditor is preferred; Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team; Willing to conduct vessel visits and travel when required; Good command of English, both written and spoken.
