Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang pengembangan properti (property development) dan membutuhkan pemimpin senior untuk mengelola fungsi keuangan, akuntansi, dan perpajakan. Peran ini sangat strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis dan keberlanjutan keuangan jangka panjang perusahaan. Sebagai Finance, Accounting & Tax Senior Manager, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh fungsi keuangan, akuntansi, dan pajak agar selaras dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Anda akan mengembangkan strategi keuangan, mengelola penganggaran, arus kas, pelaporan keuangan, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi perpajakan dan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Selain itu, Anda akan memimpin tim keuangan dan berkoordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal seperti auditor dan lembaga keuangan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee the overall Finance, Accounting & Tax function and ensure alignment with the Company's business strategy and objectives; Develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and frameworks to support business growth and long-term financial sustainability; Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, funding, and financial performance of the Company and its projects; Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, accounting practices, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making; Oversee tax planning, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and minimizing tax exposure; Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management across the organization; Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to Management, including business performance, project profitability, investment decisions, and financial risks; Lead and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and continuous capability development; Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation regulations, Company policies, and corporate governance requirements; Lead and coordinate relationships with auditors, tax consultants, banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi: 15+ years experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax function in property development.
