KTU Shipyard is a rapidly growing shipbuilding and repair company established in 2000, operating modern construction sites across Marunda and Batam. We deliver high-quality marine products and services to global and regional maritime clients. As a Vessel Acquisition Specialist, you will drive our fleet expansion by identifying, evaluating, and recommending vessel acquisitions that align with our strategic goals. You will manage the full transaction lifecycle, from initial market research and financial evaluation to due diligence, contract negotiation, and finalization, while collaborating with internal finance, legal, and operations teams.
Tanggung jawab: Source and identify potential vessel acquisition targets through market analysis and maritime trend research; Analyze vessel performance, technical specifications, operational costs, and financial viability; Coordinate the due diligence process to assess technical, legal, and financial risks; Prepare data-driven acquisition proposals for senior management; Partner with finance and legal teams to support negotiations and finalize purchasing contracts; Manage acquisition timelines and coordinate milestones between the West Jakarta corporate office and external brokers.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in vessel acquisition, ship brokerage, or maritime asset management; Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; Strong ability to interpret financial models, evaluate asset health, and conduct risk assessments.
