Posisi ini menggabungkan keahlian rekayasa antarmuka (UI engineering) dengan tanggung jawab desain pengalaman pengguna (UX design). Fokus utama peran ini adalah pengembangan UI, yaitu menerjemahkan desain, spesifikasi, atau brief menjadi antarmuka yang siap produksi. Selain tugas pengembangan, Anda akan menerapkan penilaian UX yang kuat untuk menentukan alur, status, dan tata letak ketika spesifikasi desain tidak lengkap. Anda diharapkan menjadi pengembang UI berpengalaman dengan pemahaman mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip UX. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan teknis yang kuat dalam membangun produk digital yang responsif dan dapat diakses, serta kemampuan untuk bekerja secara kolaboratif dalam lingkungan pengembangan produk keuangan atau investasi.
Kualifikasi: Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Comfortable working on products within the investment/financial markets domain; Strong production experience with React + TypeScript + Tailwind in a real product (not only marketing sites); Shipped UI on both web and mobile (responsive web plus mobile app or mobile-web product work); Comfortable in Next.js App Router (Server vs Client components, layouts, forms); Can implement from Figma with high visual fidelity and know when to follow the product design system instead of raw Figma values; Portfolio that shows both shipped UI code and UX judgment (flows, states, responsive, empty/error); Component-library discipline: variants, tokens, composition, Storybook; Solid CSS layout (flex/grid, responsive, overflow, stacking) you debug spacing yourself; Accessible UI as a default, not a later.
