Perusahaan mencari teknisi lapangan yang handal untuk mengelola dan memelihara jaringan mesin cuci helm otomatis yang tersebar di berbagai lokasi. Peran ini bersifat praktis dan mencakup pemeliharaan rutin, pemecahan masalah teknis, serta pelaporan kondisi mesin. Teknisi bertanggung jawab memastikan mesin tetap bersih, aman, dan beroperasi penuh. Tugas harian meliputi pengisian cairan pembersih, pengujian fungsi mesin, perbaikan ringan, penggantian komponen, serta memberikan dukungan pelanggan dasar. Teknisi juga wajib mengikuti prosedur keselamatan saat menangani sistem kelistrikan, air, dan bahan kimia pembersih.
Tanggung jawab: Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of machines; Refill cleaning solutions and test machine functionality; Identify and report technical issues, leaks, software errors, or vandalism; Carry out minor repairs and component replacements when required; Submit photo reports and maintenance records through mobile applications; Maintain cleanliness of machines and surrounding areas; Provide basic customer support and respond to inquiries during on-call periods; Follow safety procedures when handling electrical systems, water systems, and cleaning chemicals.
Kualifikasi: Technical education or at least 1 year of maintenance/repair experience; Basic understanding of electrical systems, pumps, filters, sensors, and water systems; Comfortable using smartphones and reporting applications; Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
