Key Responsibilities 1. Tyre Performance Monitoring & Reporting Conduct regular visits to fleet customers (logistics, trucking, and bus operators) Monitor TBR tyre performance including mileage, wear patterns, and usage conditions Collect and analyze field data to evaluate tire performance Prepare periodic reports (fitment, mid-life, removal stage) with actionable insights 2. Customer Application Analysis & Technical Proposal Analyze customer operating conditions (road, load, distance, driving behavior) Recommend suitable TBR tyre patterns and specifications Develop technical proposals to improve cost efficiency and fleet productivity Support Sales team in customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions 3. Tire Inspection & Claim Handling Conduct inspection and failure analysis of scrap/returned tyres Identify root causes (maintenance issues, road conditions, misuse, or product-related) Prepare technical reports for internal use and customer communication
