The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily treasury operations, payment settlement activities, cash management, and reconciliation processes across payment gateways, e-wallets, banking partners, and internal financial systems. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transaction settlements while maintaining adequate liquidity and strong internal controls. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily settlement and reconciliation processes between payment gateways, e-wallets, banks, and internal ledgers. • Monitor incoming and outgoing payment transactions, merchant payouts, wallet top-ups, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks. • Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies, unmatched transactions, and operational exceptions. • Prepare daily cash position reports, liquidity forecasts, and funding requirements. • Coordinate with payment gateway providers, banks, finance, accounting, product, and operations teams to resolve transaction issues. • Review and approve treasury operational activities in accordance with established approval matrices and internal controls. • Monitor payment processing performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). • Develop and maintain treasury and payment operations SOPs, reconciliation frameworks, and audit
