Travel Consultant and Ticketing

Handle sales and reservations for airline tickets, hotels, , train tickets, and tour packages. Actively promote tour and travel services to corporate customers. Provide excellent customer service and support.

Assist customers in identifying and planning their travel needs. Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear information regarding travel products and services. Maintain strong and positive relationships with customers.

Open to all educational backgrounds; graduates of Tourism Vocational High Schools (SMK Pariwisata) or Diploma/Bachelor's degrees in Tourism are preferred. Previous experience as a Ticketing Officer or Travel Consultant in a travel agency is an advantage. Familiar with and able to operate reservation systems such as Sabre, Altea, and Amadeus.

Proficient in spoken and written English. Honest, well-organized, proactive, and customer-oriented. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
