Posisi Training & Development bertanggung jawab untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Tugas utamanya meliputi evaluasi pelatihan, pemetaan kompetensi, serta memberikan dukungan koordinasi untuk proyek-proyek terkait pengembangan talenta di perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Design and implement learning & development programs, including training evaluation and competency mapping.; Assist in talent development initiatives and provide coordination support for people-related projects..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.; Min 2 years of experience in People Development / Training.; Strong attention to detail and data handling skills.; Excellent communication and coordination abilities.; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Growth mindset with a passion for people development and continuous improvement.; Willing to be placed in Karawaci – Tangerang.
