Trainer / Learning Officer is responsible for identifying training needs, designing effective learning programs, and delivering engaging training sessions to enhance employee development.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct training needs analysis based on organizational and departmental requirements; Design training tools, including curriculum, syllabus, and learning materials; Develop supporting materials, such as instructional videos, to enhance training delivery; Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding training schedules to ensure alignment with operational needs; Prepare and submit budget proposals for trainee programs; Document training modules or materials received from external parties for future reference and audit purposes.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; Minimum 2 years of experience in training, especially in handling staff at a Training Center; Strong communication and presentation skills; Able to work independently and collaboratively; Familiar with digital learning tools and multimedia content creation; Willing to work in Merauke (non - roster).
