• Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve service targets and customer satisfaction
• Oversee daily branch operations, including service and administrative functions
• Manage, mentor, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
• Monitor financial performance and take proactive measures to achieve profit goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications
• Min. S1 in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Min. 5 years experience in a managerial role within the heavy equipment or related industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of heavy equipment products and aftersales, particularly agricultural, is an advantage
• Willingness to be placed in Merauke Site Area
