Job Description Manage the recruitment and orientation process for new hires. Conduct New Hire Orientation and onboarding training. Perform skill verification for Operators and Drivers. Deliver in-class training sessions, including for expired Kimper renewals, new hires, and post-incident refreshers. Coordinate and conduct skill improvement programs (Skill Up). Conduct area inspections (All Area, TTA, KTA) to ensure training relevance and safety compliance.
