Posisi Trade Marketing Senior Officer bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola strategi trade marketing, berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi, serta mengelola berbagai proyek dan prioritas untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis di sektor farmasi independen.
Tanggung jawab: Mengelola strategi trade marketing; Bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi; Mengelola berbagai proyek dan prioritas.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA will be an added advantage; Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales or marketing role; At least 3 years in a trade marketing management position in the Consumer Health Industry; Preferably with a multinational company experience; Excellent strategic and analytical skills; Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills; Proven leadership skills; Strong ability to collaborate, integrate, and work effectively with cross-functional teams; Excellent organizational skills.
