Total Productive Maintenance TPM Expert

Join our manufacturing excellence team and play a key role in driving operational performance through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). We are looking for an experienced TPM professional who is passionate about improving equipment reliability, increasing production efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement TPM strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.

Lead the deployment and sustainability of TPM pillars across manufacturing operations. Drive Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Focused Improvement (FI), and other TPM initiatives. Improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures. Establish, monitor, and analyze TPM performance metrics, including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost. Facilitate cross functional collaboration between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to ensure successful TPM implementation.

Lead TPM audits, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with TPM standards. Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance processes, reduce equipment losses, and improve operational efficiency. Coach, mentor, and develop employees to strengthen TPM knowledge and promote a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. A Master's Degree (S2) is an advantage. Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or operational excellence, including significant experience leading TPM initiatives.
