Join our Client / Financial Institution to lead and scale the Company as TikTok operations based in BSD, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia .

Key Responsibilities End-to-End TikTok Operations: Lead and manage the overall operations of the company's TikTok accounts, including account setup, content planning, campaign execution, paid ads, platform backend management, data analysis, and performance optimization. Bilingual Communication & Content Strategy: Coordinate short-form video script development, manage comment moderation and community engagement, and support core business communications.

Analytics & Optimization: Analyze account metrics and optimize traffic acquisition strategies to boost reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports. Branch Expansion Support: Support the establishment and growth of our Indonesia branch by collaborating with the team to execute online marketing campaigns and operational initiatives assigned by management. Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years of full-time, hands-on experience in TikTok operations with strong expertise in TikTok Creator Tools and TikTok Ads Manager . Language Proficiency (Either of the following combinations is required)
