The Tik Tok Affiliate Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing the overall affiliate growth strategy aligned with business objectives. This role involves defining monthly GMV targets, creator plans, and investment priorities while overseeing Affiliate Hunters and Farmers to expand the creator ecosystem. The supervisor will manage affiliate budgets, monitor creator performance, and optimize portfolio quality to maximize ROI and business performance.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute the overall affiliate growth strategy; Define monthly GMV targets, creator plans, and investment priorities; Oversee Affiliate Hunters and Affiliate Farmers; Monitor creator performance and optimize creator portfolio quality; Manage the overall affiliate budget (samples, collaboration fees, incentives, campaigns, advertising); Allocate resources to maximize GMV growth and investment efficiency; Collaborate with the advertising team to scale high-performing content; Analyze GMV, investment efficiency, ROI, creator performance, and campaign effectiveness; Identify growth opportunities and optimize the affiliate engine; Collaborate with Branding, Live, and Project teams.
