Tenant Relations Supervisor

We are looking for a Tenant Relations Supervisor to join our team at Uttara The Icon. You will be responsible for ensuring good relationships with tenants and delivering excellent customer service. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Hospitality, Tourism, or Management.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tenant Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Property Management. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in English (spoken and written). Customer-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team effectively. Able to make decisions, solve problems, and handle conflicts professionally. Honest, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities Build and maintain good relationships with tenants. Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with related departments. Ensure tenant issues are resolved in a timely manner. Support lease renewal and tenant retention activities.
