Tenant Relation bertanggung jawab penuh dalam menyediakan program, layanan, serta informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh para penghuni atau tenant di area apartemen. Peran ini berfokus pada pemeliharaan hubungan yang efektif guna memastikan seluruh tenant memahami hak dan kewajiban mereka, sekaligus bertindak sebagai garda terdepan yang berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan dalam hal penanganan kompromi dan resolusi konflik.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for providing programs, services and informations to tenants or customer in apartment; Maintain effective relations with all tenants in order to ensure they are aware of their rights and responsibilities; Requirements:; Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major; Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Tenant Relation; Well developed communications skills (English is a must) including the ability to use effective listening and verbal communications skills, the ability to communicate with people at all levels and the ability to write effective business correspondenc; Customer oriented and possess or quickly develop good negotiations and conflict resolution skills; Computer literate & proficient in Ms. Office; Placement: Alam Sutera.
