Posisi E-Commerce Product Registration bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan keakuratan serta ketepatan waktu pada proses pendaftaran, pemeliharaan, dan pembaruan informasi produk di berbagai platform e-commerce yang dikelola perusahaan. Dalam menjalankan perannya, Anda bertugas mendaftarkan produk baru sesuai panduan dan standar kualitas, menginput serta memvalidasi data master produk seperti part number, kode, deskripsi, MOQ, harga, dan lead times. Peran ini juga mengharuskan Anda menghubungkan halaman web produk dengan listing yang sesuai, mengelola dokumen pendukung, gambar, brosur, serta materi teknis agar tersaji secara lengkap dan terstruktur dengan baik di platform online.
Tanggung jawab: Register new products on designated e-commerce platforms in accordance with established guidelines and quality standards; Input, validate, and maintain product master data, including part numbers, product codes, descriptions, minimum order quantities (MOQ), pricing, and lead times; Link product webpages and URLs to corresponding product listings to ensure accurate online product information; Download, organize, rename, and upload product images while maintaining proper file structures and naming conventions; Ensure all required supporting materials, such as product flyers, technical documents, and product-related content, are complete and correctly attached to product listings; REQUIREMENTS:; Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product data management, data entry, sales administration, or a similar role; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation; High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality; Ability to handle large volumes of product data efficiently and accurately; Good command of written English for understanding and processing product-related information; Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams; Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines; Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and product portfolios.
