Telemarketing Manager bertanggung jawab memimpin operasional telemarketing secara keseluruhan guna mencapai target bisnis serta KPI yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan fintech. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam merumuskan strategi penjualan, memantau produktivitas tim, serta mengoptimalkan proses manajemen prospek dan telesales.
