WE ARE HIRING Technology / Commercialization Placement: Lamongan PT. Shoetown Mustika Indonesia is seeking a competent and experienced professional in Technology / Commercialization to support product development and ensure the successful transition of footwear products from concept to mass production. This role plays a key part in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and supporting commercialization strategies within a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and commercialization of footwear products from sampling to mass production Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and development Ensure product specifications and standards are met throughout the manufacturing process Identify and resolve technical issues during production stages Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production line Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Minimum 2 years of experience in the footwear industry Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing processes Experience working in shoe manufacturing is required Ability to communicate in English is an advantage
