Quality Laboratory Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga standar kualitas melalui pengujian material dan pemeliharaan peralatan laboratorium. Peran ini mencakup pelaksanaan pengujian reliabilitas (ORT), analisis hasil tes, serta pengelolaan dokumentasi teknis dan SOP laboratorium untuk mendukung inisiatif jaminan kualitas perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Perform regular calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment; Conduct material testing, including ORT (Ongoing Reliability Testing), and analyze test results; Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical reports; Maintain proper documentation and ensure laboratory records are accurate and up to date; Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement activities; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; Minimum of 1 year of experience in a testing laboratory, manufacturing, or quality assurance environment; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to prepare technical documentation and reports accurately; English-speaking oriented; trilingual ability (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) is preferred; Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
