PT Tunas Teknik IDN adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri Data Centre serta Engineering & Building Services. Perusahaan menyediakan layanan pemeliharaan infrastruktur kritis untuk memastikan operasional klien berjalan lancar. Teknisi bertanggung jawab melakukan pemeliharaan, troubleshooting, dan perbaikan sistem infrastruktur kritis seperti UPS, CRAC, dan BMS. Peran ini mencakup penanganan panggilan darurat 24/7 saat standby, manajemen kontraktor pihak ketiga untuk layanan infrastruktur, serta penyusunan laporan fasilitas bulanan. Teknisi juga diharapkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan fasilitas dan mendokumentasikan setiap insiden yang terjadi di area data center.
Tanggung jawab: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS systems, CRAC systems, BMS (building management system), and other critical infrastructure; Respond to emergency calls and equipment breakdowns 24/7 when on standby; Attend and document any incidents within the data center, preparing incident reports as needed; Plan and manage contractors for data center infrastructure services such as power distribution, cooling, fire protection/alarm, and building monitoring systems; Supervise and manage third‑party contractors during preventive and breakdown maintenance if required; Coordinate with contractors for data center power‑shutdown activities; Recommend improvements and enhancements related to data center infrastructure facilities; Prepare monthly facilities management (FM) reports and chair monthly FM meetings; Perform troubleshooting and follow up with contractors on repair works and corrective actions; Carry out parts‑replacement jobs for the equipment listed above when needed.
