Technical Trainer bertanggung jawab untuk merancang dan memperbarui modul pelatihan, kurikulum, serta materi instruksional yang komprehensif. Peran ini memastikan bahwa materi pelatihan selalu relevan dengan perkembangan produk, perubahan teknis, dan kebutuhan dealer. Selain pengembangan materi, posisi ini mengelola jadwal pelatihan, koordinasi logistik fasilitas, serta evaluasi efektivitas program melalui pelacakan kehadiran dan data kinerja peserta. Peran ini sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi teknis tim di industri otomotif.
Tanggung jawab: Design and update comprehensive training modules, curricula, and instructional materials; Manage and execute training schedules; Track and evaluate training records and attendance to measure program effectiveness.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor / Master degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00; Minimum 2 years of experience in the four-wheel automotive industry, preferably in aftersales or technical service; Strong knowledge of workshop processes and service operations; Fluent in English (verbal & written); Microsoft Office proficiency (minimum intermediate level); Strong planning and organizing skills; Customer service-oriented mindset.
