Posisi Technical Support Supervisor di PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur memegang peran krusial dalam memberikan dukungan teknis dan pengawasan operasional di seluruh fasilitas manufaktur perusahaan. Peran ini memadukan keahlian teknis dan kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk memastikan keandalan, efisiensi, serta kelancaran sistem kritis dan proses produksi. Dalam kesehariannya, pemegang peran bertanggung jawab memantau kinerja dukungan teknis, mengevaluasi inisiatif produktivitas, menekan waktu henti mesin (downtime), serta memimpin program perbaikan berkelanjutan berbasis Lean atau Kaizen. Selain itu, supervisor ini mengelola inventaris suku cadang, menerapkan kontrol pencegahan pemborosan, serta menyusun laporan analitis mengenai performa lini produksi dan peralatan manufaktur secara berkala.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor technical support performance and ensure timely issue resolution; Track and evaluate productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations; Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability; Lead continuous improvement initiatives; Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability; Implement controls to reduce waste and prevent stockouts; Prepare reports on productivity, equipment, and production line performance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in any major; Minimum 2 years of experience as Technical Support Supervisor or in a related role; Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Good understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity, and inventory control; Experience in process improvement (Lean/Kaizen); Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills; Willing to travel frequently and open to placement in various locations; Able to communicate in English for reporting purposes; Willing to be placed in Cikokol, Tangerang.
