We're looking for a dedicated Technical Support based in Bali to support installation, maintenance, and after-sales service of our robotic solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site and remote technical support based on client needs
- Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Conduct installation, robots mapping, configuration, and maintenance of products
- Collaborate and coordinate with technical support team for complex issue escalation
- Deliver user training, product demos, and technical documentation
- Prepare service reports
- Full support on pre-sales and after-sales technical activities
- Help to train the sales team if needed
- Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in technical or field support (fresh graduates with strong technical background are welcome)
- Good understanding of robotics systems, sensors, automation, and networking
- Willing to learn new system and technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia, and preferably can communicate in English & Chinese
- Willing to travel and provide on-site support when required
