We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to lead our technical operations in the coal mining sector. This role requires extensive expertise in mining engineering and a strong background in managing technical services departments. The Technical Service Manager will lead and direct teams including Mine Plan, Geology, Survey, Geotechnical, and Hydrology. You will be responsible for developing short-to-long-term mining plans, monitoring daily/monthly progress, and ensuring all technical and environmental documentation complies with regulations and good mining practices. This position is based at our Muara Teweh site and operates on a roster system.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology from a reputable university.; Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the coal mining industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position.; Proficient in mine planning and design software (e.g., Minescape, Surpac, Spry, Minex, or similar).; Possession of Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) or Pengawas Operasional Utama (POU) certification is a plus.; Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.; Willing to be placed at the Muara Teweh site with a roster work system..
