PT Hyundai Calibration and Certification Technologies Indonesia (PT HCT Indonesia) is a branch laboratory established as part of HCT Co., Ltd.'s globalization strategy. We are a leading provider of high-quality testing services, covering Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Radio Frequency (RF), Safety, and DVB testing, as well as calibration services for testing equipment and instruments. It specializes in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement instruments for telecommunications and electronic devices.
We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Marketing professional who excels at aligning technical services with client management. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator capable of managing customer requests, providing professional guidance, and driving business growth. We look for a results-oriented team player who is equally comfortable nurturing client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to our marketing efforts to elevate our market presence. Key Responsibilities :
Responsible to receive and record test requests data from customers and conduct initial pre-review of the suitability of the laboratory scope. Manage test request data and distribute test request forms to related technical managers. Assist Sales Director to coordinate with Technical Sales Marketing Admin Staff to ensure the laboratory has technical capabilities (scope, methods, equipment, and personnel).
Provide accurate and professional technical advice to clients regarding testing and calibration services, including the selection of appropriate test types, applicable methods, and the latest relevant regulations, to ensure customer needs are met and services comply with applicable standards. Serve as a technical liaison between clients and engineers or technical managers by conveying detailed and specific technical information. In charge of responding to inquiries and providing complete, appropriate, prompt, and precise service information in a professional manner.
Support the Sales Director in achieve monthly and annual sales targets, consistently work toward meeting or exceeding performance goals and monitor sales pipeline, track progress toward targets, and take proactive actions to close deals. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, analyze performance, and provide insights for management review. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the latest testing and calibration regulations to develop strategies that identify business opportunities, ensure service relevance, and increase sales revenue.

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or Engineering (preferred: Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Industrial Engineering) min GPA 3.30 with strong interest or experience in sales, marketing (traditio
- Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in administration and sales marketing field especially in B2B/B2C, digital marketing (Company Website, Google Ads, etc) or marketing communication preferably in a technical industry. Fresh graduates with strong acad
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is highly preffered.
- Strong willingness to continuously learn and grow about the company’s services, regulation or standard.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc), Google Workspace, and willing to learn specialized lab software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, also have the ability to build and maintaing strong customer relationship.
- Target-driven, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service, able to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions, and familiar to follow up inquiry from customer.
