Client Details: Multinational Instrumentation & Engineering Company Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the Industrial and Automotive sector.
Manage and grow key accounts, including OEMs, manufacturers, and strategic industrial clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Lead the full sales cycle, including RFQ handling, quotation, negotiation, and contract closure. Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and quality) to ensure alignment with customer requirements and project execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management review. Lead and mentor the sales team (if applicable), including performance tracking and capability development. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective coordination of delivery, quality resolution, and after-sales support.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline. Experienced in industrial sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
