Perusahaan penyedia solusi teknologi informasi membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berbakat untuk bergabung sebagai Technical Consultant ERP. Anda akan terlibat secara langsung dalam berbagai proyek implementasi, kustomisasi, pengujian, dan deployment sistem ERP untuk membantu klien mentransformasikan kebutuhan bisnis mereka ke dalam solusi teknis yang handal. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan, mengkustomisasi, dan memelihara modul ERP sesuai dengan spesifikasi proyek. Tugas harian meliputi pemecahan masalah (troubleshooting), debugging, pembuatan dokumentasi teknis seperti spesifikasi fungsional dan konfigurasi sistem, serta melakukan pengujian unit dan mendukung User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Anda juga akan berkolaborasi erat dengan Functional Consultant, Project Managers, serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memastikan keberhasilan pengiriman proyek, migrasi data, integrasi, serta memberikan dukungan purna implementasi.
Tanggung jawab: Participate in ERP implementation, customization, testing, and deployment projects; Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules based on project requirements; Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for ERP-related applications; Create technical documentation, including functional specifications and system configurations; Conduct unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery; Provide post-implementation support and system maintenance; Assist in data migration, integration, and system enhancement activities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields; Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in ERP development, implementation, or application support are preferred; Basic understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms; Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, SQL, or other relevant technologies; Understanding of relational databases and SQL queries; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
