This role focuses on technical support and product development within the beverage and foodservice industry. You will be responsible for recipe development, conducting product trials, and providing technical expertise to customers and the sales team to drive commercial activities.
Tanggung jawab: Develop & optimize beverage recipes and product applications; Conduct product trials, demonstrations & sensory evaluation; Provide technical support and solutions to customers & Sales team; Conduct barista training, workshops & product demonstrations; Monitor coffee & beverage market trends and develop new concepts; Support customer development, product launches & commercial activities.
Kualifikasi: Min. D3/S1 – Food Technology, Hospitality, Culinary, F&B, or related field; 3–5 years experience in beverage, coffee, barista, foodservice, R&D, or product application; Strong knowledge of coffee, beverage preparation & product application; Excellent communication, presentation & training skills; Creative, customer-oriented & strong problem-solving skills; Barista certification is a plus; Willing to travel for customer visits & demonstrations.
