As a Teacher at GenstarKids Indonesia, you will be instrumental in shaping the intellectual and social development of our learners. You will create engaging lessons, manage the classroom, and ensure a positive, nurturing, and stimulating environment for students.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Manage the classroom environment, ensuring students are engaged and all necessary supplies are prepared.
• Develop and improve lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners.
• Create educational and engaging activities that inspire and excite children.
• Maintain a safe, fun, and nurturing learning environment.
• Participate in recruitment events, school fairs, open houses, and other promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents to support student growth and development.
• Monitor, track, and help students improve their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to marketing activities.
• Utilise data analytics to identify and solve problems in the classroom.
