The Role As a Tax Specialist (Supervisor), you will be responsible for managing the company's tax compliance, preparing accurate tax reporting, supporting tax audits, and ensuring all tax obligations comply with Indonesian tax regulations. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, HR, and other departments to support business operations while minimizing tax risks and maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and review monthly and annual tax reports. • Manage Corporate Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25), and other tax compliance activities. • Prepare fiscal reconciliation and support annual corporate tax reporting. • Ensure accurate tax documentation and timely tax filing. • Coordinate tax-related matters with internal departments and external stakeholders. • Support tax audits and communicate with tax authorities when required. • Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and ensure proper implementation.
