Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; Minimum 5 years of accounting experience , preferably in hospitality, villa management, hotels, or property management; At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role; Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and PSAK; Experience preparing owner financial statements is highly preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate, Xero, Jurnal, or similar); Good command of written and spoken English; Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality; Bali domicile; Preferred Experience; Experience in villa management or hospitality accounting; Knowledge of OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and direct booking reconciliations; Experience working with multi-property accounting; Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and process improvements; Personal Attributes; Hands-on and proactive; Trustworthy and ethical; Able to work independently with minimal supervision; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
