TAX FREELANCE

Job Summary – Freelance Tax The Freelance Tax (Tax Generalist) is responsible for supporting the company’s overall tax functions, ensuring accurate tax compliance, reporting, and administration in accordance with Indonesian regulations. This role will manage routine tax activities including tax calculations, filing, reconciliation, and documentation while providing basic accounting support when required. The position works under a freelance arrangement with office attendance once per week and remote coordination as needed to ensure smooth financial and tax operations.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tax handling, preferably as a Tax Generalist or similar role.

Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance processes (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax, tax reporting, and tax administration). Able to prepare and review tax calculations, tax reconciliation, and periodic tax reports accurately and timely. Familiar with e-Faktur, Coretax / DJP systems, and other tax-related platforms.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial report support. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate, Xero, MYOB, or similar is a plus). Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and provide recommendations when needed. Available to visit the office once per week (freelance arrangement) and remain responsive for remote coordination when required. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
