Tax Dispute Specialist

Are you passionate about taxation and have a strong foundation in handling disputes with tax authorities? We're looking for a Tax Dispute Supervisor to lead and manage tax dispute matters, ensuring our company's interests are well-represented with solid argumentation and strategic support. What You'll Do : Lead and manage the end-to-end tax dispute and audit processes.

Prepare position papers, argumentation, and all necessary supporting documentation required by the tax authority. Liaise with external parties including tax consultants and tax office representatives. Analyze tax regulations and provide recommendations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Coordinate internally with finance, legal, and relevant departments to gather data and align on positions taken in tax disputes. Monitor and track dispute progress, deadlines, and provide regular reports to management. What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, or related field. 3–4 years of relevant experience in tax consulting firms handling dispute and audit matters . Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and dispute mechanisms.

Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
