Qualifications/ Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Fiscal Administration from reputable university Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation and accounting, preferably in a supervisory role. Experience or knowledge of retail business operations is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh and PPN) and accounting principles (PSAK). Hands-on experience with the Coretax DJP system, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot. Brevet A & B, tax certification is highly preferred. Experience using ERP systems, particularly SAP. Detail-oriented, analytical, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, prepare accurate tax and financial reports, and meet reporting
