Perusahaan mencari profesional berpengalaman untuk mengisi posisi Finance & Accounting Supervisor guna memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan keuangan serta akuntansi harian. Perusahaan mengutamakan tata kelola keuangan yang akurat, kepatuhan perpajakan yang tinggi, serta efisiensi operasional bisnis secara menyeluruh. Tanggung jawab utama posisi ini mencakup pengelolaan arus kas (cash flow), transaksi perbankan, hutang usaha (AP), piutang usaha (AR), serta penyusunan dan analisis laporan keuangan bulanan maupun tahunan secara akurat. Anda juga akan mengawasi proses tutup buku bulanan dan tahunan, mengelola administrasi perpajakan agar patuh terhadap regulasi yang berlaku, berkoordinasi dengan auditor eksternal maupun konsultan pajak, serta memimpin, membimbing, dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim Finance & Accounting guna memastikan seluruh tugas diselesaikan tepat waktu dengan kontrol internal yang efektif.
Tanggung jawab: Manage cash flow, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank transactions, and payment processes; Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial performance reports; Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations; Monitor budget planning, expense control, and cash flow projections to support business operations; Ensure timely monthly closing and year-end closing processes; Oversee tax administration and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and reporting deadlines; Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal departments regarding financial matters; Supervise, guide, and evaluate the Finance & Accounting team to ensure work quality and timely completion of tasks; Maintain effective internal controls and ensure proper documentation of financial records for audit purposes; Identify opportunities to improve financial procedures, accounting systems, and operational efficiency; Requirement:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role; Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, cash flow management, and taxation; Familiar with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or Linux, Kingdee, YPMS systems; Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
