Tax & Accounting SPV

About the role We are seeking a Tax & Accounting Supervisor to join PT. Mitra Internasional Sejahtera Consultansi in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing our taxation and accounting operations. As Tax & Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of accounting professionals whilst ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy. This role is essential to our business operations and directly contributes to our clients' financial success and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the tax and accounting department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all deliverables Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, financial statements, and other compliance documents in accordance with Indonesian taxation laws

Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training to accounting staff, and conduct regular performance evaluations Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Review and validate tax calculations, deductions, and credits to ensure compliance with current tax regulations

Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for tax and accounting services Maintain and update internal accounting policies, procedures, and best practices documentation Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiencies within the accounting function

Prepare and present financial reports and tax analysis to management and clients Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines are consistently met What we're looking for
