Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Capital, or a similar role
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within the mining, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other operationally intensive industries
• Experience in handling mass recruitment and high-volume hiring processes will be an advantage
• Strong ability to develop, maintain, and analyserecruitment reports and candidate databases to support recruitment monitoring, workforce planning, and management decision-making
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and digital recruitment platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from manpower requisition and candidate sourcing to selection, offering, and onboarding coordination
• Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, talent databases, and other relevant sourcing platforms
• Partner closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, position specifications, and recruitment priorities
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and appropriate support
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular reports and insights on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment status
• Collaborate with the Human Capital team and relevant stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding process and support new employees during their transition
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and future workforce requirements
• Identify recruitment challenges and propose practical improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hire
• Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with Company policies, procedures, applicable regulations, and ethical recruitment standards
