As a Talent Acquisition Officer at LYD Group Bali, you will be the engine behind our daily worker and staff-level hiring. You will own the full recruitment cycle — from posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding — ensuring our venues are always staffed with the right people at the right time. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a great candidate experience every time. What You Will Do • Manage end-to-end recruitment for daily worker and staff-level positions across LYD Group venues

• Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms including JobStreet, Glints, and Indeed • Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and operational fit • Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive hiring experience • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date recruitment tracker covering candidate pipeline, status, and documentation • Prepare biweekly recruitment updates covering open roles, pipeline progress, and key highlights

• Build and maintain a ready talent pool to support high-volume and recurring hiring needs • Support employer branding activities including job fairs and walk-in interview events • Coordinate onboarding documentation and assist with new hire orientation
